i liked the self-service lockers available. they were useful for storing my luggage before check-in time. the location was great, just a short walk to dotonbori. i liked the funny dinosaurs at the reception to, it felt unique.
the bed was not that comfortable for me and it was a bit hard. the staff had a hard time with basic english.

I was excited by the robots, but the novelty wore of quick. The self-check-in was clunky, and I had problems with the machine. The room had a slight odor, like stale smoke. The noise outside at night was quite loud. I did not like that there was no soundproofing at all.

i found the dinosaur robots at reception very amusing during check-in and check-out. the storage lockers were useful because i arrived early. i appreciated the laundry facilities on-site. i only interacted with staff when needed, perfect for my introverted nature.
the robot companion in the room did not understand english well. it only responded to 'dance' and needed a loud command. the dryer seemed to malfunction, i spent money on it and my clothes were still wet.
