super clean and delicious
short walk comfortable bed homemade bread
the hotel has a short walk into the town center where there is a nice selection of restaurants. our room it was super clean and the bed comfortable. i was very taken with the overnight porridge and homemade bread, it set me up nicely for the day.
it looks nothing like the photos, when i arrived i thought it was derelict. the garden it was very unkept. it needs lots of tlc.

the owner gave us recommendations for pubs and walks and he was very keen to help. staff assisted me to check in, then showed me where the breakfast room was, and then to my room.

my room had so many features . there was usb points, lots of plug sockets, lights over mirrors, new furniture, freeview tv and extra blankets. the location was a short walk away from the town center.

I found a very clean room well decorated. The view added to the experience of the space! The staff was friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any request. Breakfast was a delight, a perfect start to the day.
I noticed the room heating control was a bit complicated! which took some time to adjust properly.

On-site parking was a notable convenience, this eliminated any stress related to finding a parking space. I appreciated the gardens, these added a scenic touch and a place for relaxation. The public transport accessibility was excellent. It connected me easily with the surrounding areas.

breakfast option nice location unkempt garden wrong photos
the breakfast included many options. i saw they offerered both a full english and vegan black pudding, if i had wanted. the location allow walking to nearby places.
the garden was unkept. it had me think it need some tlc. the building also appear nothing like what shown in the photos.

i arrived a bit late, but the staff were still really kind. they showed me the breakfast room and my double room quickly. i liked that i could customise my breakfast order each day. the showers were hot (just what i needed after a long day).
The unkept garden gave a slighty bad first impression. It needs some tlc.
