The room offered great lighting. The location was fantastic, near everything. The staff were helpful and friendly. The size of my room was also good.

The room was clean and smart, I found it very tidy. A separate entrance to the rooms exist at the side of the pub, it is clean and well decorated.
There was no ventilation and this resulted in a stuffy atmosphere. The room was either too cold or too warm. There was building rubble outside the window. I saw no staff when I needed to check out in the morning.

The room was clean. That was acceptable..
Our room lacked soundproofing. i heard every footstep, conversation, and even toilet flush from other rooms. the room was also small. there was no dressing table. I missed it.
