the location was great, close to everything.
The room was very small and the decor seemed quite dated. It needed an update. sound proofing was bad too. I could hear everything from the other rooms. it made relaxing difficult

the location was super convenient, really close to local pubs. the room had a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, and milk sachets. fresh milk was available in the kitchen, which i thought was a nice touch.
The room was very small. I had limited hanging space. there was no useful drawer space. the stairs were quite steep and narrow, which wasn't ideal.

the location suited an exhausted walker. the host provided needed help. pubs, a tesco, and the bus stop are really nearby. i was travelling to windermere for my homeward train.
the decor is a bit dated. the room looked tired, i think a small uplift could help.
