a romantic getaway!

ideal location spacious room comfortable beds helpful staff
I found the location quite ideal, a mere stroll from the marquis do pombal metro station. the spacious room featured very comfortable beds. Everything was super clean. i appreciated the accessibility to train and bus lines. the staff was genuinely very nice and very helpful!!!
during my stay, i observed that there was a scarcity of tea or coffee facilities available directly inside the room, something i would have valued.

unfriendly breakfast staff thin walls
The room size was good. It included a balcony.
The breakfast staff seemed quite unfriendly. walls were thin. I heard everything happening in the room next door. the electricity unit in the wall was also very loud.

dirty room unhelpful staff
Breakfast had a good variety of items.
I had to change rooms twice during my five-night stay. They did not clean my room. Both times, the reception staff blamed someone else. I waited a long time for them to fix it. They never did offer any kind of refund.

the breakfast offered several options and tasted fresh i liked that the hotel was close to public transport it made getting around easy the room included a good size balcony and allowed fresh air.
the bathroom size was limited , made maneuvering a bit difficult

spacious room comfortable bed convenient location helpful staff
the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, i found the shower to be quite good. location proved convenient as it was near the metro station and parking was available. i was impressed by the helpfulness and accommodation of the staff members . the lobby had a pleasant smell.
i noticed that the walls seemed thin, and some noise from adjacent rooms was audible at times.

warm staff city life
The staff felt genuinely warm, they meet me with such kindness each morning. location reminded me of a treasure. Short walk takes you to restaurants, and the gentle hum of city life. the room was lovely, very clean, .
i must admit, the soundproofing left something to be desired. sometimes, i heard my neighbors, a little too much. it.
