The staff were really wonderful and always pleasant. The location is ideal and close to lovely bars. There are many restaurants and bakeries nearby. I recently stayed at the hotel for two nights.

The desk in the room was quite small for my needs. The breakfast offered was quite basic for my taste. it was possible to order scrambled eggs. There was no mini fridge in the room I occupied.

the hotel has a fantastic location. it is close to many bars and restaurants in a safe area. i found it easy to walk to sacre coeur. metro stops are also nearby. the room was clean. the bed was comfortable.

the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff spoke English well (this was helpful since my French is not very good). I was upgraded to a double room with a nice street view upon arrival. The location near the metro made it easy to get around. I felt safe in the area even traveling alone.

The staff stored my bags before check-in, it was very helpful. My room faced the street, I found it very quiet. The staff respond quickly online to any reservations or requests, this is helpful.

The hairdryer usage required turning on the bathroom light, it was odd.
