The staff was lovely. Their customer service skills are commendable. I received a warm welcome and felt valued throughout my stay. The location within the country park is fantastic, offering a serene environment. The bathroom even featured a mirror with a Bluetooth speaker, a fun bonus!

The internet connection was a little spotty in my room, but honestly, it was a very minor inconvenience.

the reception staff was helpful (and very friendly!). the grounds are superb. i found the setting in a large park particularly beautiful. the atmosphere was quiet. i liked that there were very few other guests .

the breakfast was a bit limited. i expected more choices.

The staff members were all friendly and helpful. Free parking was available just outside the hotel, very convenient. I appreciated the location adjacent to the park as it provided a nice setting for walks.

The TV offered a casting service, though I could not connect any devices to it. Mobile signal inside the hotel was not great either, a bit frustrating. The walls seemed thin, because I could hear sounds from the adjacent room.

The location allowed for quiet strolls around the grounds. This was particularly nice in the evening after most visitors had left. The room was fresh and clean and served my needs, as I was attending an event nearby.

The room was okay, BUT the furniture was like it belonged in an office. The transition strip between the doorway and the tile floor in the bathroom was not finished, and the edge of the tiles felt sharp.
