fantastic location and thoughtful service

the hotel is located centrally near many restaurants and shops a bus stop is nearby so i rode it from the train station upon arrival staff held our bags prior to check-in they placed them in our room. we had an external-facing room that included two balconies i enjoyed the cathedral view and plaza view the room included a sleek bathroom i found the twin beds sufficient. i booked a cab to the airport and it was a convenient process to get to my early flight

the hotel sits near a bus stop i rode it from the train station the station for the bus to the alhambra is within a few minutes walk this central location allowed me to explore easily.

breakfast is served from 730 am to 1100 am staff provided gluten-free dairy-free mini baguettes sub loaves and croissants when they asked for our room number they also made scrambled eggs with olive oil and offered oat or soy milk.

the family room wasn't great. there was a terrible smell coming from the sewage. it made it impossible to sleep in the sofabed room or even use the extra bathroom. i think they should close the room until they fix this awful smell.

The location was central, near the cathedral. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the hotel has a rooftop terrace available . It offered great views.
finding the hotel was a little difficult. no one told me to park at the victoria carpark until an hour after i tried to find the hotel. i was not informed in advance.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is near many restaurants for dining. The staff were really helpful. They were very cute. The shower was excellent, I found this particularly pleasing.
The family room had a terrible smell. It was coming from the sewage, a really bad odor. It made it impossible to sleep in the sofabed room, I thought.
