The room included a very clean bathroom, i noticed. I had lovely views from the balcony (i loved the city view!). The staff were helpful and cute, so i felt at ease .

The continental breakfast included good variety and quality. I had a tasty cappuccino from the machine, i appreciate it. Fresh orange and plum were juicy and sweet, a great start to the day.

The lighting IN the room was very poor. The decor felt very dark to me. There were only blankets, not duvets provided.

the staff communication felt direct and effective. my quadruple room was exactly as i expected. i stayed only a single night however i felt i benefited from the hotel facilities.
the room had a very small detail i did not like, a stain on the carpet.
