A Romantic Stay

convenient access helpful receptionist room kettle

I loved the convenient keyless access. The receptionist was very helpful, it made arrival smooth. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee in the room.

Decent location. Some drawbacks

poor soundproofing off-site breakfast

the room i had faced a very busy street, so noise was a significant issue throughout the night. soundproofing was poor. i could hear street noise clearly. also, the breakfast location being off-site was not ideal. it required walking to a nearby café each morning.

the room was very clean, i noticed the bathroom had a bathtub. i did see the hotel located close to attractions. i also found the breakfast beautiful and delicious.

the room i stayed in didn't have a refrigerator, that impacted me.

central location clean room dinner area closed reception long alarm poor air-con

the location felt very central. the room, a superior double room terrace, was perfectly clean. i loved that the design in the dinner area reminded you of the alhambra palace, it was a nice touch.

reception closes at 5pm and there weren't any staff on site during the night i stayed. i didn't usually mind this but the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night it sounded for about 20 minutes.

distant location limited reception

the location wasn't as central as i had hoped it would be. i found it required a bit of a walk to reach the main tourist areas. also, i was disappointed that there was no one available at reception after hours. it made it difficult to get assistance when i needed it.
