I was super happy with the size of the room. It had a couch, a comfy bed and a big shower with great water pressure. the kitchenette was a nice bonus. the hotel location is great, a short walk to rossio square! plus, the turkish restaurant right next door had amazing food and coffee.
The street outside was a little noisy at times. It wasn't a big deal though.

The location proved excellent for exploring. I found cheap public parking nearby at approximately €18 per night. The room was spacious. It included air conditioning, a necessary amenity during warmer months.
The staff were not AS friendly as I hoped. And the room furniture seemed cheap.

The staff was very helpful. the room had a small kitchen area with basic utensils. This was convenient. the hotel is near public transport, around a 10-minute walk to the martim moniz metro. we walked to many tourist sites from the hotel.

The location is very convenient with easy access to the city center by foot or metro. The room was clean and tidy (I especially liked how spacious it was). The staff was helpful. They allowed us to check in early and arranged for a courier to return forgotten items to the UK. Free lockers were available after check out. This was a pleasant surprise.
The area around the hotel didn't feel very safe for solo female travelers.
