convenient location clean room excellent staff
I found the location convenient it allowed easy access to local attractions and transport. my room was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail. the staff were excellent and always ready to assist with a smile. Their service was notable.
the absence of a minibar or facilities to prepare even a simple coffee in the room was a slight disappointment for me.

fresh smelling soap smart lighting excellent location
the room featured fresh smelling soap and shampoo. the lighting was smart and easy to use (i found that very convenient). the location was excellent for exploring the old town. i could quickly access tram, bus, and metro lines.
the room was a bit noisy due to street sounds.

The location was quite central it seemed. The staff seemed helpful enough
I found the soundproofing in my room inadequate. I could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. This disturbance definitely impacted my sleep quality
