small roomold furniture
the location was a bit out of the way. i found myself needing to rely on buses more than i'd hoped to get around (i thought the buses worked well but I prefer more autonomy). the room itself was also smaller than i anticipated and could use some updating. i was surprised by the old furniture.

enchanting stay among hills
friendly hostdelicious vieweasy parking
javier greeted us upon arrival. he carefully detailed area services. he even told us about city activities i did not know. the hotel offers a DELICIOUS view from a hillside. the location near the funicular made getting into town easy. i appreciate the attention to detail.
my room was small, and the ventilation was not great. it became UNCOMFORTABLE without air conditioning. reception seemed a little annoyed.

parking is ample and free. public transportation is easily accessible from just in front of the building. A bus stops directly near the entrance, it easily takes you straight into the city.

the room had a small balcony. this balcony featured a BEAUTIFUL view of the entire city. rooms are also kept impeccably clean, and are well maintained. the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished.

this hotel offers an excellent location, a bit outside the city. this allowed for a peaceful retreat. the building sits on a hill, it gives you a Good view of the area. hiking is available in the hills nearby.

breakfast costs €10 and is good. the breakfast provides a SPECIAL experience. i felt at home with the lovely service at breakfast. there are also good restaurants nearby the hotel.

The staff made check-in smooth. They provided helpful recommendations (which I needed).
The room was small. It lacked air conditioning and became hot. Ventilation on the second floor was insufficient.

the lady at reception was very friendly. she helped with directions. the garden has very nice views. free parking helped a lot with our rental.
the room got hot. there is no air conditioning. it was difficult without it.

The staff at the reception were helpful! They gave me great directions for local spots. Parking was easy, I appreciated that. I found it convenient to drive to the funicular for exploring.
The hotel location is a bit hilly, so walking can be tiring.

The room size was great plus it had a comfy bed. The staff helped me a lot and were super friendly. I had a wonderful breakfast and I forgot how nice Basque food is. There were also sandwiches available to take for a picnic, it was awesome.
There are no restaurants within a walking distance unless you wanna drive, walking up a very steep hill wouldn't be cool for the unfit

Staff were helpful plus cute and offered great recommendations regarding places I should visit. They gave me some travel options and recommended some local restaurants too. Eva was super helpful at the front desk.

The breakfast was decent plus good value and featured Basque cuisine, which I enjoyed . It was a self service buffet with sandwiches available , so you could take it with you. It was amazing.

The rooms were always clean plus tidy and had everything that I needed. I got a room overlooking the city, which gave me an awesome view, I liked that. I had a very nice bed.

The location is great and overlooks the city I was visiting. It is nice to have the freeness of the countryside and the business of the city. It has excellent parking and I found it very quiet.
