what a stay!!!
great location smiling staff amazing breakfast clean room
I loved the location. Malls, various stops, stores, and food spots were all just a quick five-minute walk away. the staff always had a smile, really nice! the breakfast was AMAZING!!! i really appreciated all the different options available each morning. the room was spacious and clean, just what i needed after a long day.
the tv had some apps that didn't work, like netflix, so i couldn't watch my shows. that was a bummer.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. It also featured complimentary water upon arrival. i found the room clean and adequately sized for my needs. it was a really good room!!!

solid stay near the opera
easy access plentiful breakfast convenient u-bahn helpful staff
The hotel location helped me visit easily the opera house and nearby areas. breakfast options were plentiful. I enjoyed the variety. also, i found the u-bahn access very convenient. finally, the staff helped me navigate the city.
the elevator wait times were sometimes a little long during peak hours. it caused minor delays in getting to and from my room.

Three fast elevators are available for guest use. They provide quick access to all floors. a practical tablet exists in each room to easily control amenities. the breakfast room is enormous, providing ample seating.

The breakfast offered a good variety for a hotel in this category. I found it quite acceptable
I had some issues with the room. The temperature was difficult to adjust, and the windows did not open. The only option was the air conditioning, but it was very noisy. Sleeping with it on, even in sleep mode, proved impossible so it was hot and stuffy
