the location rocks because there is awesome public transport nearby, easy access from the airport, also close to many restaurants and museums. the staff are very nice and super helpful, they checked me in early since i was really tired. my room was super clean and had a comfy bed, also a full bottle of body wash was in the shower!
the pillows were really thin. they were small like doll pillows.

the hotel is in a very convenient spot in the heart of things and public transport is easy. you can walk everywhere within 15 minutes or just take the subway system. many shops, restaurants and tourist spots is nearby.

the breakfast buffet had really good food and lots of choices for everyone and the price was good. there is also a vending machine in reception for extra snack options. a lidl is five minutes away, you can get bread there.

the rooms each have what you need like basic stuff, and the room is clean. i was actually surprised by a tv in my room, its perfect when i want to relax. free wifi is offered to all the guests.

the staff were nice and friendly. cleaners offered to clean my room after only being there for one day. reception at the desk is open 24 hours each day for customer service. staff is super helpful.

This hotel offers a practical stay close to public transport options. S-Bahn and bus connections are VERY accessible. the U-Bahn is within a reasonable walking distance. The breakfast buffet provides adequate options. I especially liked the fresh, warm bread rolls.
The internet connection experienced some issues, requiring a visit to the front desk for assistance. the issues were minor.

the location suited my needs because it was close to public transport.
My room was not properly cleaned before my arrival. I discovered some hairs on the bathroom floor and the shower still had soap scum. this made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. i found this upsetting.

a practical stay close to the action
nice locationhelpful staff
the location proved convenient it was near the s-bahn station. parking in the underground lot was available for a fee. the staff accommodated an early check-in, they let me store my motorcycle in the car park it was helpful.
the car park access was narrow i found it difficult to navigate. finding it was hard and required extra attention. the overall experience suffered a little.
