I appreciated the proximity to the tram station. It made getting around easy. the room was warm. i found plates and cutlery in the common kitchen, very useful.

I found the staff friendly. The woman who checked me in was SUPER helpful. She sorted everything out for me quickly. The location is excellent. It has a real local feel. I loved the comfy bed and the good facilities in the room.
The staircase was very steep, I think it might be difficult for people with lots of luggage or mobility issues.

the staff was really friendly and helpful. the whole place smelled so clean and fresh. the room included comfy beds, it was spacious.
i didn't like the stairs, they seemed too steep, especially with luggage. i also did not realize it had shared bathroom and toilet facilities. the room was rather small too.
