excellent hotel experience
great location really good service complimentary water
this hotel offers a great location, directly across from the roman theater. the staff provided really good service, including a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. breakfast included tasty options, such as individually cooked omelettes. i also appreciate the elevator access, especially with luggage.
the hotel did not mention a lack of parking. i had to park a few blocks away in a public lot, resulting in damage to my rental car. i later had to pay the rental company.

central location friendly staff fresh food
The location offered immediate access to the Roman Theatre. I appreciated the easy walk to the city center. The staff was friendly. I also found the breakfast good. It featured a variety of fresh food prepared by Chef Mamma. The parking was free and near the hotel. The room was spacious. I found the room clean. It included a fridge and television for my convenience. Saja provided excellent tips for exploring the city. I appreciated her help. The check-in was smooth. I experienced easy communication with the hotel prior to my arrival. Ola kept my room clean. I liked the city view from the hotel.

great location wonderful view lovely breakfast broken heater extra blankets fixing service
the location it was great, i just love it. the room they gave me had a wonderful view to the roman amphitheatre. breakfast was always lovely, i really appreciated.
the heater in my room didn't worked and they didn't had someone to fix it that night, what a shame. i asked for extra blankets but they run out of it. i wish i had the chance to use it .
