the staff proved helpful and the location was acceptable.
The room lacked sound insulation. I heard excessive noise from the street late at night. there was no kettle in the room, an oversight for a modern hotel. the television turned on by itself at inconvenient hours, a significant disturbance.

The staff offered friendly service and quick assistance during check-in. I booked a double room terrace and it provided ample space with great views. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I found the large towels very useful after showering.
the automated system for wi-fi access had a slight glitch , requiring a manual password entry.

The hotel is conveniently situated near a shopping mall and the City of Arts and Sciences. It's also close to bus lines 99 and 14. I could easily access the city center via public transportation.

the room was clean. it had many plug sockets, useful and i slept well in the bed. the staff seemed to care and the arena bar had a friendly atmosphere. i appreciated the personal touch from the staff there.
There was no space in the bathroom for my toothbrush or glass. This was inconvenient. the shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor.

the hotel is close to the ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. there is also convenient access to el saler. the train ride to the city center takes only about five minutes.

a bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel door. it provides transportation to both the beach and the city center in about ten minutes. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. the staff is totally cozy and friendly. they are always available for assistance. This helped my stay.

The room was clean and modern, i liked it. i also had lots of space. the bed was huge. This contributed to a great night's sleep i also had a excellent shower.
