bahaa was professional and helpful , from arrival to check-out. he ensured i felt comfortable , and his positive attitude reflected the hotel's dedication to good hospitality. i particularly appreciated the prompt resolution of a minor issue with the room.
the lack of ventilation was a slight inconvenience, as the windows do not open.

The location was very convenient. Amman mall was nearby for quick shopping. emad kept my rooms very clean each day. the staff was hospitable and friendly.
the breakfast choices were somewhat limited for vegetarians.
