The hotel location is very central. A car park is just a couple minutes away from the entrance. I appreciated that the staff was lovely. They were also available. The little balconies were also enjoyable.
I booked a short stay. The room was noisy. The hotel had a bad smell. I did not have hot water in my room, and the TV did not work.

constant street noiserough towels
I must say, my stay wasn't entirely smooth sailing. the 'soundproofing' was questionable. I could hear everything! the constant street noise was quite irritating, especially at night. also, the towels in the bathroom felt rather rough, like sandpaper.

I found the location quite advantageous , with easy access to main attractions. The staff proved friendly and helpful, particularly with directions. Breakfast had nice real barrister coffee, a definite plus. I also appreciated the convenient parking arrangement at the front, which cost 14€.

I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and the size was adequate for my needs. The hotel is near the bus stop from Nice and also close to the train station. A local market across the street offers fresh fruit and various food options.
