Really good stay!
helpful staff convenient parking rooftop lounge excellent air conditioning
the staff was wonderfully helpful, starting with the gentleman at reception who offered amazing suggestions for activities and dining. i found parking on-site convenient. there is public covered parking very nearby.. the rooftop lounge and bar became my favorite retreat after exploring the area all day. the air conditioning worked really well, especially during the heatwave we experienced.

this hotel features a great central location. it is also not far from the town or the train station. i was only a few minutes walk from grocery stores, shops, dozens of restaurants, and the beach.

i encountered a lovely receptionist upon arrival, very nice and helpful. the next day another receptionist was equally helpful, providing bus information. i especially appreciate the staff were happy to help me with directions and local transit information.

the staff was helpful, especially with directions around town. i found underground parking convenient! the breakfast was good, such a nice start to each day. fresh orange juice brightened every morning.

friendly staff effective air conditioner convenient parking rooftop lounge
the staff was friendly and efficient . my room had an effective air conditioner which worked very well. i found convenient on-site parking, a real bonus. i enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop lounge and bar after sightseeing.
the breakfast buffet became slightly repetitive since the menu was the same each day.

the front office staff were very helpful. they provided temporary luggage storage for a few hours after we signed out. the breakfast variety was amazingly good. everything was clean in our privilege double room.
the hotel had two separate lifts, but only one was in use. the lift was so slow. we descended flights of stairs before the lift arrived. the original doors seemed strange after recent refurbishments.

The location was superb! It was easily accessible and close to local amenities. My room included tea and coffee making facilities. It was a nice touch. I appreciated the sparkling wine and cake that i could order prior to arrival. It.

convenient location nice breakfast attentive staff intense noise funny smell worn room
the location is really convenient! it's close to the beach. the breakfast had a nice range of options, which i appreciated. the staff were great too.
the noise from garbage trucks was pretty intense, but it happened only one morning . the room smelled a bit funny! the ventilation in the building is broken and won't be fixed until winter, i heard. the room felt worn.

the breakfast was acceptable and included a wide choice of fresh food.
the mattress was too old and soft. the bathroom had a faint sewage aroma. the original plywood doors seemed strangely out of place after recent refurbishments.
