middling stay and some problems
wet carpet small room
the location was alright, it was easy enough to get to the metro.
the room i had was small, this made it hard to move around. the air conditioning dripped water onto the floor near the bed, the wet carpet was not good. the staff never replaced the coffee and tea, it was disappointing.

great location modern bathroom plentiful charging points attentive staff
the location allowed short walks to both bellecour and vieux lyon I appreciated the modern bathroom facilities in my room. plentiful charging points were available which was very useful for my devices. the staff at the front desk were both pleasant and attentive .
the elevator felt a little cramped only fitting two people with luggage.

this hotel provides easy access to key city spots it is close to transportation and many attractions are within walking distance. the pedestrian street location offered immediate access to shops and restaurants for added convenience .

the breakfast offered sufficient options and i considered it a good value especially since children could eat without extra charge. i found fresh croissants and honey which was a lovely touch. i also appreciated the availability of coffee and assorted beverages each morning.

the hotel provides a secure place on the premises to store bikes which i found particularly useful. i was given a room facing the quiet inner courtyard which ensured peaceful nights. a big window in the room let in ample light.

personnel were helpful i found them to be responsive to requests such as offering me a quiet room. the daily room cleaning and fresh towels was much appreciated. the front desk staff answered my questions.
