Superb Central Hotel!
helpful staff touring suggestion clean room great coffee
I found the staff helpful. They stored my luggage before check-in. They also provided helpful touring suggestions, a great bonus. The room was clean, and the bathroom had been renovated recently. Breakfast included croissants, yogurt, and great coffee.
The elevator was tiny. It made transporting luggage a little difficult. I wished it were bigger.

i found the staff to be very helpful with local tips, they really accommodated me (i arrived early). the location is great, everything in the city is a short walk. the room was nice and cosy.
the decor is somewhat neglected in some areas.

quick check-in helpful staff convenient location easy connections
the check-in was quick (i appreciated that after a long journey). the staff explained everything clearly. i found the location very convenient to perrache station. i also really liked the proximity to vieux, perfect for a stroll.
The lighting in the room was a bit dim. A brighter lamp would be useful.

small room no air conditioning
the location near the train station was convenient (i walked there in minutes).
The room was quite small. I could barely move around with my luggage. also, the lack of air conditioning was a problem. Only a fan was provided, which did little to combat the heat. the price felt high considering these shortcomings.

The staff stored my luggage since I arrived before check-in. They offered me coffee and touring suggestions. I also got useful warnings about pickpocket tricks, which I appreciated. I stayed in the Comfort Double Room.
