friendly staff working air conditioning complimentary toiletries quiet room
i found the staff very friendly (they even helped me with my luggage). my room had an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. i also noticed complimentary toiletries refreshed daily. i enjoyed the quietness of my room each evening.
i noticed slight wear on the hallway carpet.

the location was really good. we could walk to many shops and restaurants nearby.
i was a bit disappointed with the room. the wallpaper looked old and dull. the furniture matched this.

The location was excellent and I found the staff helpful.
My room was quite small and lacked proper cleaning. Each morning, the cleaning crew made a lot of noise. The air conditioning did not function well at all.

friendly staff perfect location
the staff were SO nice and friendly. the hotel is in a vibrant area, near many shops and restaurants. i totally loved the hidden gem feeling!!! the location was PERFECT. so many shops and restaurants were nearby.
the walls were thin, and i heard other guests. loud voices from across the street at the bar went on all night.
