the location is convenient with train stations nearby. the staff was friendly and professional. the hotel has what i needed, and the room was clean (i was happy about that).
the windows were thin. i heard noise from the street below all night. the front desk person didn't greet me (that was a bit off-putting).

I found the location quite convenient, especially because it was a short walk from gare de l'est. my room was recently renovated, and i appreciated that it felt quite modern. the staff was friendly. They gave me helpful advice about local cafes. i liked having complimentary water and tea in my room.
The room was rather small. It was difficult to fully open my suitcase without it blocking the way.

I found the hotel to be in a very convenient location, close to the train station and the metro! A supermarket nearby was also very useful and several restaurants provided ample dining options. The room was large and housekeeping visited every day.
The room felt a little sparse, without even a kettle.

the room was clean, and that is a plus. the staff was friendly, always ready to assist with any questions i had. i appreciated that the hotel is located close to public transportation, it makes exploring much easier.
My room was quite small. It felt a bit cramped. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation and some fixtures were loose. the breakfast options were limited, especially for someone like me.
