The staff was friendly. Caroline was kind and we got an Executive Double Room instead of a Standard Double Room we booked. It was very nice because the room was clean and fresh. I found a minibar with chips and nuts. The bathroom decoration was beautiful too.
I missed some cheeses at breakfast. I really wanted camembert or vieux pane. Those cheeses are good with fresh bread.

I found the location excellent. The hotel design was artistic. the staff seemed very helpful and multilingual, and the room felt comfortable. there were many food options near, and it was close to historical sites.
the airport transfer, booked through the hotel, presented issues. the driver got angry about the price difference. he pushed a 72 year old woman when she asked for her bag back.

the location was fantastic! nearby, a wonderful patisserie offered breakfast treats. a variety of cafes and restaurants. it was only a five minute walk to the metro, surrounded by shops, and ten minutes from lux gardens and the seine.
the room i stayed in was quite small. i could easily hear noise from staff, possibly cleaning rooms next to mine around 7.30am. it was quite noisy, especially when i was trying to sleep after a late night.

This hotel is close to the metro. That offers easy access. The staff was helpful with check-in. The location proved convenient for accessing many attractions. The decor of the room was charming and well maintained. Breakfast offered good value. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower head did not work properly. After a shower, the mirror fogged because of a lack of ventilation.

The street noise really got to me. It continued late into the night. Earplugs became essential. the absence of proper ventilation in the bathroom was a pain.. after a shower, the mirrors remained fogged up for ages.
