easy access metro friendly staff delicious breakfast small room outdated bathroom slow refill
the location had easy access to the metro and restaurants. the staff was friendly. breakfasts were delicious. the village market was really close to the hotel.

flat pillows weak shower
the room was small , and the bed wasn't great. the pillows were flat , offering little support for sleeping. the bathroom was also quite cramped and i found the shower pressure weak. the room's soundproofing was bad , so i heard noise from the hallway often, which disrupted my rest.

great location comfortable bed working facilities clogged sink expensive breakfast busy reception
The location was great. It was easy to reach the metro. the twin room beds were comfortable, a good thing after a long day. all facilities were working. Everything was in decent condition.
The sink in the room was a bit clogged. It drained slowly. the breakfast seemed too expensive for the food quality. i noticed the reception was always busy. It was hard to speak to someone when needed.

super close to everything!
great location friendly staff clean room
the location rocks (it's near the metro and shops)! i easily got around. the staff are friendly and helped me with directions. my room was really clean, always a plus for me.
the shower was a bit inconsistent with the temperature, a bit annoying to get a steady stream.

i loved the breakfast area, typical for this type of hotel, and there were plenty of options (especially the gluten-free choices they arranged). there were restaurants and shops within walking distance, a major plus.

i could book parking through zenpark, or ask the hotel directly when space was available. the hotel has a lift, helpful when hauling luggage, and there was coffee and tea available in the room, i really appreciated that touch.

the hotel is close to the bercy train station, and the flixbus station, super convenient for travel connections. the metro station is nearby (maybe 5 minutes) and it made it easy to get to the city center in about 30 minutes.
