A Romantic Retreat

The automated check-in process was easy and fast. Our room featured a useful kitchenette with a dining area, a good space for shared moments. The bathroom included a large shower. Its wonderful shower products smelled like love hearts candy. I also liked the espresso machine. It had good coffee available for a morning treat.
I found that the room lacked sufficient soundproofing. The noise from the nearby square sometimes disrupted our peaceful stay. This detracted slightly from the overall experience.

Our beautiful double room was very spacious and clean, complete with a big television and comfortable beds. The kitchenette added a touch of home with its dining area, all wonderfully maintained. The balcony, though visited by pigeons, still provided a view.

The lack of on-site staff presented a problem. I had to contact them regarding a malfunctioning light, and the response was slow. this absence of immediate assistance was frustrating, especially given the need for prompt resolutions.

The room was quite noisy. sounds from both inside and outside the hotel were noticeable, even when the window was completely shut. this made it hard to rest well. i also found the bathroom heating system confusing. There was no apparent way to turn it on, so it stayed cold throughout my stay. a cold bathroom is unpleasant, especially when the weather outside is freezing.

The location was great. It was a quick walk from the central train station. i also appreciated that my room had a small balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. the kitchenette was a bonus. It included a microwave, stovetop, and refrigerator.

The hotel's location proved excellent. It was central and within easy walking distance of many attractions. The room was clean, a fact i certainly appreciated. Check-in was simple because i followed the clear instructions provided. I also found the hotel to be quite secure, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere.
i noticed some minor wear on the bathroom fixtures, a very small cosmetic issue.
