the staff was cute. the location was great. the room was quiet and comfortable. the bar tender was awesome, front desk was good, and housekeeping was really great.
the room had limited space. the price was very high. the temperature in the room was not ok, it was too cold. the comforter was very small, it was not warm.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar area was spacious and relaxing.
The room was quite small. There wasn't even something to boil water and make instant coffee. the price i paid was not adequate. the room is not bad but its lack of equipment is a big letdown.

The location was fantastic! It's so close to the train station. You can walk straight to the hotel. Plus, the Lanxess Arena is within walking distance! The fast check-in was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious!

The room included fishes on the TV! It was very functional with adequate space for luggage and personal items. This added convenience made organizing my belongings much easier. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

The bar was AMAZING!!! It created a relaxing atmosphere . Breakfast featured a large selection. Everything tasted fresh, and the staff replenished items promptly. I enjoyed spending time on the terrace.

Check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean and modern. I enjoy this style. The hotel bar had a nice atmosphere, it looked great.
My room felt a little small. There wasn't a mini-fridge in my room. I wish they had tea or coffee making facilities, this would.
