Check-in was seamless. The host provided a parking disc immediately. I found tea and coffee readily available throughout my stay. Breakfast arrived quickly each morning. I was grateful for the friendly and helpful service.
The soundproofing was not perfect. I could hear some street noise at times.

Wi-Fi access was reliable throughout the building. The showers provided great water pressure. A shared bathroom had everything for a comfortable stay and I found it spotlessly clean.

The hotel is in the heart of the area. It's a superb spot. Local buses are very nearby, which provides easy access to explore the Northumberland coast. I found the location ideal for exploring the surroundings.

My room included a useful sink and mirror. The bed was really comfortable and I slept well. Basic amenities were present and I appreciated that.

Rob is a friendly host. He provided local information. The accommodation was very clean. I appreciated the central location and the included breakfast. Street parking outside the hotel was easy to find (it was a great convenience).

A REALLY fantastic stay!!!

The location is very close to shops, restaurants and also the river. The shared facilities were very clean with enough toilets and showers. I never had to wait. A cooked breakfast was served each morning. The host was friendly and helpful. NOTHING was too much trouble.
The tv reception was a little poor in my room. It was hard to watch as it was high up on the wardrobe.

the owner was very friendly and helpful. he assisted with bike storage. breakfast included a full english option and was more than adequate. the owner lives on site and provided a warm welcome.
