lovely stay near hyde park
great location helpful staff comfortable bed clean room
the location is great.. it's only ten minutes from paddington tube station and the area is beautiful. the staff are wonderful, very helpful, and friendly. the room was clean. the bed was comfy.
the walls were super thin, so i could hear some conversations next door.

clean room good pressure lovely staff broken blind wet patch cheap hotel
the location was GREAT close to buses and the underground. clean rooms were a plus good water pressure in the shower and the bathroom was clean too. the bed was comfy and the staff was lovely
the wifi NEVER worked despite many attempts on different devices. the window blind was broken so i had to fix it myself. there was a large wet PATCH on the carpet

underground stations bag service many options
The hotel sits near multiple underground stations. This made travel Easy. Leaving our bags upon arrival was simple. I appreciated this service. Breakfast had many options. I was full.

warm temperature limited choice
The location is near the metro, markets, and restaurants. The room temperature was warm, important because the weather was very cold. I appreciated it. Breakfast was okay, though with limited choices. I did not feel hungry after it, so that's positive.
The room was really small, with little space to move around.

nice choice clean table clean room
The breakfast had nice choices and the staff greeted everyone. the tables were kept clean and the food was refilled constantly. our room was clean. It was definitely sufficient for our needs.

lovely reception helpful staff locked door extra fee
the reception area was lovely. the staff was very helpful too. the location was great, near to hyde park, important for my plans.
the front door was locked when i arrived. i had to wait a few minutes. also, i had to pay extra to leave my suitcase after checkout. this was before my flight, a bit inconvenient.
