mixed feelings about my stay

the staff were kind and helpful when i needed assistance with printing documents.
The tram noise was quite disruptive, especially since my room faced the street. it, as the trams ran frequently. also, the breakfast, though extensive, lacked quality. The bread and rolls tasted stale and not very fresh.

the location was quite convenient many restaurants were nearby. the public transportation access was good with a tram station close by. the staff were helpful i could request additional coffee.
the room i was in faced the street it was noisy from the trams. i was offered earplugs because of the noise. the room lacked sufficient plugs for devices.

the staff was so kind. the rooms are very clean. i appreciated being within walking distance of many attractions. breakfast had good variety, i found new tasty things to try each day. the staff provided assistance with tours, i felt safe in the area, it reminded me of a sanctuary.
our room faced the street, so trams made quite a lot of noise. it affected the sleep i had. it is a bit of a shame.

the room was plenty big for the three people it housed.
my room faced the street and trams run constantly. they were quite loud and disruptive to sleep. also the shower in my room needs repair, it had cracks and the water pressure was too strong. it was uncomfortable.
