I found the staff willing to help. They were nice and spoke English. The ground floor had a food court and bar, convenient. I enjoyed the JOST beer on tap (it was quite good!).
A large deposit was taken from my bank account. I was informed it would take 2 to 3 days for the refund to process. I have booked many hotels on this site and have never experienced this before.

the price i payed felt high for room. mezzanine proved inconvenient also uncomfortable. it seem like ceiling was too low. i could knock head.

the staff was cute, and i appreciate that. the hotel has available facilities with a bar. it also has a food court. the room have been very clean and quiet.
the breakfast experience were not the best. there was no bread available at 9am. i had to boil or fry eggs myself. the room were very tiny, and it was hard to move around the bed to close the curtains.

super enjoyable stay!
easy walkclean roomsuperb area
the hotel had a very easy walk from the eurostar (about 20/25 minutes). the room had almost everything i needed, and all was very clean. the collective area downstairs was superb. breakfast offered plenty of choice, with a great variety and choice of outlets to enjoy at lunchtime and in the evening. i greatly enjoyed my stay.
i think the addition of a kettle in the room would be great .

my room was small and cold the lack of housekeeping was also disappointing i needed to ask for fresh towels no phone in the room made contacting reception difficult there was a rude staff member who was not accommodating

the food court had the nicest hotel restaurant atmosphere i've ever seen. i enjoyed having a drink and playing a game there. the breakfast offered was super.
The room did not include a kettle. I would like a cup of tea before getting dressed.

Underwhelming Stay, Loft Room Disappointment
cramped roomfaulty air conditioning
The loft room was quite cramped. Climbing the steep stairs to the bed was a real challenge, and I nearly hit my head multiple times. The air conditioning didn't work properly on a cold night. there was a persistent loud noise in the room that was hard to ignore.
