broken flusher loose seat
the location was acceptable, close to many shops.
The bathroom was sub par. The toilet flusher was broken. the shower barely provided any water. the toilet seat was also loose, a clear sign of neglect.

I appreciated the central location. It was GREAT for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. My room was clean and well-decorated, a genuinely relaxing space. The breakfast offered a lovely cheese spread, a tasty and varied start to each day.
The shower pressure WAS lower than I prefer, but still adequate.

The entrance to the hotel presented itself as clean and inviting. It set a positive tone. I noticed the hotel's proximity to the Christmas markets square. It is a real advantage for festive visits. The staff worked hard EVERYWHERE!

The room included a comfortable bed. I slept soundly each night. Housekeeping came in daily and freshened up the room. This kept everything tidy. I enjoyed the good view over the city from the room. It was amazing to see.

my room had awkward dimensions and the bathroom door lacked sufficient privacy with considerable gaps. this arrangement was inconvenient impacting overall comfort.
