The location was very convenient. It was a short walk to the beach. Our family room was cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels EACH day. staff was cordial. the playground was quite big. i appreciated these things.

The pool bar only accepted cash, INCONVENIENT. The nighttime entertainment started too late for younger children, beginning at 9pm. also, it was all in spanish! made it hard to understand.

the facilities were clean and well maintained i particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool area it had many sunbeds and a dedicated children's area the reception staff were cute and efficient i encountered no issues during check in or check out the hotel's proximity to local shops proved very useful for daily needs.

the sound insulation between rooms could be improved as noise from neighboring rooms was occasionally audible.

The location was very convenient. Breakfast and dinner included great taste. The beds and towels was clean. The pool, the waterslide, the evening show, the kids club, the kids soft play area, and the sunbeds were all well maintained.

Lack of music around the poolside. I told reception staff about it. They were not very helpful. My suitcase was stolen from the luggage room. I feel music would have enhanced the atmosphere.
