i found the location convenient, situated right on the main square with access to restaurants and shopping. public transportation was easily accessible, and using taxi services proved simple. the reception staff were helpful, offering bag storage after checkout. the hotel ensured i had a good experience.

A Mixed Bag of Experiences

The location was acceptable and close to city attractions.
The room was small. Barely enough space for two people to stand. Cleanliness was also a concern because there were hairs on the floor, in the sink, and even on the bed sheets when we first checked in. During our three-night stay, the towels were never changed and toilet paper wasn't restocked. We had to ask the reception, who were polite and provided it.

The location was acceptable, so I could easily walk to nearby attractions.
The room I got was quite small. It barely fit the bed. Cleanliness was not great, as I found hairs on the floor when I checked in. The staff was friendly enough, but it did not compensate for the room issues.

The hotel is very well-located near plaza de la reina. It's a central location. i had a small double room, and it was clean, offering the facilities i needed. the memory foam pillows were really nice. i found the staff to be friendly!
the room was a bit smaller than i anticipated, not providing much space to open even a small suitcase.
