the room was warm all necessary facilities were available.
the reception staff seemed unwelcoming there was a distinct lack of warmth and smiles it didn't feel up to the accor group standard a taxi i needed to book was almost a scam initially being quoted a much higher price. i did eventually get a shuttle at the correct price

The receptionist tried to scam us. I was charged upon arrival. i was told that i consumed 4 snacks, though we did not have even a fridge in the room?
