convenient spot near the LAKE

i loved the location because it was close to the lake. staff members were friendly and helpful. the room was bright with a large, comfy bed. the hotel provided a good location for exploring the town, while staying somewhere quiet.
the electric kettle did NOT turn off by itself, so it kept running while i was in the bathroom. some electrical plugs were old and unsafe, with wires visible when i tried to charge my phone. i found no modern charging points for iphones.

The staff at reception provides COMPLIMENTARY water. they were also helpful with directions. they helped me find a place for parking. It was very attentive service indeed.

the location is TOP, with just a short walk to the lake, about 5 minutes. It is also near the opera house. i found the surrounding area very quiet for sleeping.

the staff was super friendly and helpful, assisting with directions and local tips, what a score! the room was super clean and well-kept. i found convenient toiletries provided, a great bonus. the central location made exploring the city easy, i really enjoyed the short walks to major attractions.
It was quite snug for two people with luggage.

the location was ideal close to the lake, cafes and transport. the room had a certain lovely ambience and provided comfort.
I didn't receive check in codes for one of the rooms i booked. this meant a lot of stress trying to contact someone by phone to let us in. Standing on the pavement trying to figure out how the system operates.

Quiet stay, good location

The location was great because it's near the lake, a simple walk. Staff were helpful when i needed directions, i appreciate it. The room had a fridge and kettle. The bed was comfortable and the bath was well equipped and very clean.
The hotel have no air conditioning and it was quite warm when i stay. I tried sleeping with the fan but it was still hard. I think they need to add an air con.

Breakfast offered both sweet and salad options, a nice variety. There are many shops and restaurants around, therefore finding somewhere to eat is easy. I enjoy that there is many to explore.

The hotel is easy to access, i appreciate it. A multi power point with usb connectors was in the room, a great facility. Staff are helpful. I really like the vintage style.

It is easy to walk to the lake, maybe three minutes. The opernhaus is about five minutes away, such a great spot. The stadelhofen station, where you take the train to the airport, is only ten minutes.

The hotel is close to main attractions and the lake. The staff provides amazing customer service, and I am grateful. The breakfast was good and healthy with a vast array of choices.

the room was clean, a plus.
the room got very hot because it lacked air conditioning, , made sleeping difficult. the hotel only provided fans, but they didnt help much because the room had sunlight all afternoon. the bed wasn't very comfortable, with only soft pillows provided.
