the room included a coffee machine with tea sugar and milk this was a great addition. i found the style of the rooms amazing it was spacious and very well designed. the bed was comfy and huge this added to the quality of my stay

The room was well proportioned and decorated. It was very clean. The bathroom included quality toiletries. I found the beer garden quite pleasant. I particularly enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and the nice garden view during breakfast. There was a great choice of breakfast items.
I noticed rooms facing the road could clearly hear traffic. The inadequate window fixings were probably the cause.

The location proved suitable for my needs as I attended a wedding nearby. The next day, I enjoyed a very good lunch at the venue, benefiting from its convenient position relative to other local amenities.

outdated decorbroken tv
i gotta say, the room were a bit of a letdown. the outdated decor really struck me, and it didn't feel worth what i paid. the bathroom also seemed like it hadnt seen a good upgrade in ages. the shower was spraying everywhere when using the shower head and the tv in the lounge area didnt work. i wasn't asked about my stay when i checked out. the receptionist just took the key off me and said thanks. i've stayed in better rooms elsewhere for much less.

i really enjoyed my stay. the room had a modern bathroom with a great shower. there was lovely shampoo and body wash provided. the hotel even included a nice treat for my dog.
the window in my room did not open properly and needed some attention.

we enjoyed boxing day at this place, and it went beyond any expectation i could have held. the boxing day menu was a delight. each dish tasted marvelous, had flavors bursting in my mouth, and it had beauty. the staff was helpful, gentle, and professional. they always made sure to take care of everything without intrusion.
it proved difficult to access the restroom area, mainly due to an event occupying much of the space. to reach the accessible bathroom, my father had to use the car park. it was a bit frustrating, as this has not happened before. i hope there will be improvements soon.

uneven experience
faulty fanicy car park
the extractor fan in the bathroom wasnt working, that was annoying. the windows didnt shut properly, so i heard car doors slamming all night. also, the bottom car park was icy and my car got stuck, i had to cancel my plans. it seemed like maintenance was lacking.
