mediocre experience, SOME issues
dustgrimesubpar breakfast
the cleanliness was not satisfactory. i noticed dust and grime in several areas, a lack of attention is apparent. the breakfast selection Lacked variety and the quality was subpar. i found the overall experience underwhelming considering the price.

wonderful stay near metro

the rooms are very clean and the bed was comfy. i also liked the convenient metro access just up the street. the staff at the front desk is super friendly and helpful ALWAYS. we enjoyed a great view from our top floor room AND local restaurants are abundant.
the air CONDITIONING unit in my room made a slight humming sound at night. it wasnt TOO loud but i noticed it. otherwise everything was perfect.

the breakfast included fresh fruit, eggs, and croissants daily. nespresso coffee was available anytime and fresh water was available. these options offered a convenient start to the day before exploring nearby attractions.

secure parking was available at the hotel for a fee. the metro station is a short walk, and it connects to main city locations. this made transportation very easy for local exploration.

the staff was helpful and spoke good english ALWAYS. the manager and housekeeper even checked to see if i needed anything as i declined room service. this attention provided an extra touch.

The room was clean. Fresh towels arrived daily. The hotel sits close to metro connections so reaching major sights were easy. There are many restaurants and bars nearby so dining out was simple.
The WiFi didn't work on the top floors.

I found the staff helpful, they readily assisted with directions. There WAS a lovely market just outside on Sunday morning. I appreciated the proximity to the metro stop. It made traveling around straightforward.
THE room felt quite small. Maneuvering around luggage was difficult. I noticed the cleaning was not thorough in some areas. It did not meet my expectations. THIS was a problem.
