The staff helped me with a gluten-free breakfast. I received extra pillows. The staff gave options for watching football in the bar, which I appreciated. The bed felt very comfy. I also found parking on site, quite convenient.
To enter the city, every car needs a low emission permit. The hotel never communicated this information. I tried to ring the hotel to resolve this, but the receptionist kept putting the phone down. The receptionist should not be in hospitality, as she has no idea how to treat people with respect.

I found the reception staff very helpful. They offered useful advice, including places to eat. They were very friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their readiness to assist with directions. I had a positive experience.
