The room was very clean. I found the bath and shower to be lovely. The hotel offers private parking easily accessible from the autoroute, great. The staff was pleasant.

The staff was excellent and very cute. This really stood out. One lady working the night shift kindly offered to refill my water bottle. It was such a good gesture. The receptionists were very helpful.

The hotel provides easy access to the autoroute and has private parking available. The breakfast included lots of fresh foods to choose from and was plentiful. I was very satisfied. The location is close to the city center.

Mixed experience. Issues with cleanliness and noise

The staff members were friendly and helpful. I also found a large supermarket nearby.
The bathroom was not clean. I found black hairs in the toilet upon arrival. The sink also looked not to have been cleaned. The room lacked soundproofing. Street noise made sleep DIFFICULT. I was on the first floor, facing the street.

The underground car park provided on-site convenience. The breakfast included a wide choice of items. The bed in my Standard Double Room was huge and very clean. The shower had powerful water pressure.
The air conditioning unit was quite old and a bit noisy.

The breakfast was fresh and offered a good buffet choice, which I appreciated.
The carpet in the room seemed a little worn and not as sharp as I expect from this hotel chain. It detracted from the overall impression.

the hotel layout was confusing. the bar staff and restaurant staff were impolite. there were no refreshments in the room and the shower was difficult to use.
