charming stay
comfortable bedvaried breakfastexcellent staffmissing kettle
the room had a great bathroom complete with a shower and comfortable beds, i thought. the breakfast included varied choices and set me up well for each day. the staff were excellent and always ready to assist. it.
i found the lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room inconvenient, as i had to go to reception for hot water.

the receptionists offered recommendations for sites and restaurants. they arranged bus tickets and airport transfers effectively. staff cleanliness, friendliness, and helpfulness were also very consistent.

The hotel had a great location near the historic center. It was easy to walk to main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful in multiple languages. My room got cleaned daily including fresh towels and sheets. Breakfast started very early which worked perfectly for my business schedule. The internet access was consistently good.
The hotel entrance had some trash around and some homeless people nearby.

The location of the hotel was good It was a short walk to the metro and many restaurants. I found a supermarket right next to the building that was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful .
My room was very small. I noticed a strong smell of urine at the entrance sometimes. There were few complimentary items in the room.
