surprisingly good stay!

the check-in process was easy. my room had air conditioning, a mini fridge, and toiletries were supplied daily. housekeeping understood the do not disturb sign, which i certainly appreciated. i found the breakfast buffet had a decent choice with yogurt, fruit, eggs and bacon.
major roadworks outside the location caused noise at 8am.

my room was tidy and had all the necessary amenities. there was also a mini fridge, useful for storing drinks. the beds were firm and comfortable, a pleasant experience overall.

the staff members were efficient and friendly. they were always polite and helpful when i needed assistance. the check-in process was straightforward and quick, this made settling in easy.

the location is about a 15-minute walk to the city center. a metro station is nearby, this makes the location very accessible. uber pick-ups were easy because of the clear address.

Breakfast featured a buffet with a selection of items. i appreciated that the items included bacon, sausages, and scrambled eggs. fresh fruit and yogurt were available. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!

the staff was helpful enough, i guess.
The noise was constant. Major roadworks started early. the streets all looked the same. It was easy getting lost. i found that the whole experience wasnt great.

our room wasnt good, and the air conditioning didnt work . the staff said that the entire hotel air conditioning was broken, but it was not true. it seemed like the staff didnt care about our problem.
