helpful staffmusty smellpoor soundproofing
the staff was friendly and helpful, wich was a relief after a long day traveling.
My room had a musty smell i cant ignore, it wasnt a great first impression. the furniture seems old and worn, with several visible scratches and dents. also the soundproofing was nonexistent. I heard every noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

good locationfriendly staffstained sheetsuncomfortable bed
the location is good close to casa da musica metro station. reception staff were friendly. a medium sized mall is only 3 mins away. public transport is easily accessible.
the sheets had stains. the beds were uncomfortable and pillows were lumpy. the hotel is outdated and needs a refresh. it is a minimum of a 25 min walk to the main town.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful the receptionist recommended a very good restaurant nearby it was about 70 yards away i liked that they provided hot water upon request allowing me to make tea in my room the location was close to casa da musica metro station which was quite convenient. i would stay here again.
the lack of usb plugs in the room was a slight inconvenience i had to make do without them

the room was good it had a very good bathroom inside there was a balcony attached to the room i appreciated the fresh towels and bedding provided daily
