The check-in process was efficient. The receptionist, Kerim, was very helpful and friendly, this WAS appreciated. The bed was nice. The pool area is also nice.
The hallways had a bad odor. My room smelled of smoke even though I booked a non-smoking room. The breakfast had poor choices. It was the same thing every day.

The check-in process was indeed quick and simple! I especially appreciated Kerim at reception. He was helpful and friendly. He consistently did his best to assist with all my questions. The pool area had a relaxing vibe, and the bed was quite comfortable.
The TV in my room didn't work. I had to buy bottled water since there was no water purifier available. It was a minor inconvenience, but a solution would be welcome.

the soundproofing of the windows could be improved.

The staff was helpful (especially Karim). The check-in process was smooth even with many people arriving at once. The hotel offered easy parking, a great convenience. I found the location easy to reach by car.

the staff was great. mehdi, karim, and nordin provided excellent services. all the help i needed was provided and the location was good.
the pillows wasn't good. the toilet was not functioning verry well. there was some noise at night, it was hard to sleep all holiday. i ask for a quiet room, but i don't get it.
