excellent stay with unexpected kindness
warm welcomegoodie bagthoughtful gestureearly flight
the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. we received a goodie bag with fruit, drinks, and sweets, because we had an early flight, and were going to miss breakfast. they even included two teaspoons for the yogurts. this thoughtful gesture impressed me.
the room was slightly smaller than it looked in the photos online.

the staff was friendly and helpful. they promptly addressed a couple of minor issues and were very reassuring. their really good service. i really appreciated this.

the hotel is situated just off the front, but i could still see the sea from my room. a tram stop is conveniently located across the road, and it makes access very easy. i found this very convenient.

the hotel's location is convenient, near the boulevard. it is a short walk to south pier, pleasure beach, and sandcastle. the easy access to these attractions enhanced my overall experience.

i stayed in the double balcony room. it was lovely and clean with a very comfy bed. the quality bedding enhanced my comfort, and the balcony was a great bonus, i enjoyed this a lot.

cannabis smellpoor mattresses
That was not a great first impression. Mattresses in the room felt cheap. The sound insulation was awful, and noise from other rooms kept me up. I heard people moving furniture for hours. It sounded like they were rearranging an entire apartment. I will not return.
