The room was very clean. It had all necessary amenities, and the host was helpful. I found the self check-in process easy to manage. The location is great for Wembley events. It's convenient.

the room had its own microwave, a nice amenity.
The walls are thin. I heard every movement from the adjacent room. people were talking loudly until after midnight and it really disrupted my sleep. the noise made it hard to relax at all. also, the shower temperature fluctuated wildly between scalding hot and freezing cold. it was impossible to get a consistent, comfortable temperature.

The room included a microwave and fridge. These additions proved useful. The hotel is near Wembley stadium and the OVO arena.. I took a short Uber ride to get there. The neighborhood felt quiet at night, so I had no problem sleeping.
The information about the cleaning service came late, not ideal.

This place was ideal before heading to a concert. the location worked well (neasden station is a short walk) and the provided fridge was useful. i appreciated the easy check-in process as well. The instructions were clear and straightforward.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms at times.
