the location near Casa port station was REALLY convenient. i liked how close it was to the restaurants. breakfast offered many choices, including fruits. the staff was lovely and cute at reception.
the secure wifi was not very strong. it was a bit annoying.

I found the location superb near Casa Port train station a real plus. Check-in was quick thanks to Fettah's professionalism I really appreciated that. My room was spacious also very clean . I liked the good port view from my room it added to the overall experience.
The staff's English skills could be improved I noticed some communication issues.

My room featured clever cupboard design and could easily accommodate two large suitcases. The water pressure in the shower was powerful it made showering enjoyable. Blackout curtains ensured a dark room important for sleeping well.

The bar and restaurant service was convenient, and I found it excellent. The manager Jajib was thoughtful also very attentive, he definitely enhanced my dining experiences. Staff was quick when I checked in, this saved me time.

The staff provided efficient and helpful service throughout my stay. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated right next to Casa Port Station. I found taxis to the airport readily available just outside the hotel (very helpful for early departures). The included breakfast offered a nice selection to start the day.
The window in my room did not close tightly, so some street noise was noticeable at night.

the breakfast had fresh juices!!! i loved those. the location is super convenient, it is right across from casa port station, it made getting around easy.
