the hotel sits at the city's heart, near the lake and public transport. the staff was kind and supportive . i also appreciated the spacious room and the convenience of having a little kitchen. i found the beds very comfortable too.
the air conditioning did not cool the room adequately, so i had to open the windows, resulting in a slightly noisy night.

the staff showed great friendliness and proved helpful. we had ample space. the apartment easily accommodated my kids. the location allowed straightforward access to many sites. i found convenient parking nearby. it was easy to navigate the area.

The room reminded me of a complete apartment, with a bedroom with a double bed, a very large living room with two sofa beds, and a kitchenette. the room was very clean indeed. the heating system also worked very well. the location is great. It is close to the center, yet a bit away from the busiest tourist spots.
the air conditioning did not function properly, a slight inconvenience.

the hotel is located centrally, very near supermarket migros! the family room provided ample space for two adults and two young kids. the small kitchen proved very convenient, awesome for simple meal preparations. the suite size accommodated my whole family with an extra bed.
i found the air conditioning to be ineffective in cooling the room.

The air conditioning barely worked. The room was uncomfortably warm even with it running constantly. I also found the towels to be quite thin. They did not provide the comfort I expected after a shower. These issues impacted my overall comfort negatively.
